This semi-dark ale was brewed as a attempt to clone brown ale from one small brewery in the heart of the capital city.
It was the first time when own recipe was used, inspired by the color, aroma and taste of the original beer. The result was pretty close, but still not perfect. But if it should be so easy to copy someone's recipe ...
The beer was aged in bottles for 1 month. It had nice fruity aroma from hops and strong coffee taste with fruitiness on the background.
The bottles lasted half a year and the beer was still in a good condition, maybe better than on the begining.

water, malts (pale ale, caraamber, carafa I), hops (premiant, cascade, amarillo), yeast
Toto polotmavé pivo bylo uvařeno jako pokus o klon brown ale z jednoho malého pivovaru v centru hlavního města.
Bylo to poprvé, kdy byl použit vlastní recept, inspirovaný barvou, vůní a chutí původního piva. Výsledek byl vcelku blízko, ale nebylo to úplně ono. Ale kdyby bylo snadné kopírovat něčí recept ....
Pivo zrálo v lahvích 1 měsíc. Mělo krásnou ovocnou vůni z použitých chmelů a silnou chuť po kávě s ovocem na pozadí.
Lahve vydržely půl roku a pivo bylo stále v dobré kondici, možná ještě lepší než na začátku.
